getting started

The name of my blog is a quote from Vincent Van Gogh, my favorite artist. I have always loved art and I probably would have majored in art history if it was offered as a major at my college. I painted in high school and some after but I haven't in a while. I have always been a creative person whether it be painting, scrapbooking, designing, etc. I would love to start painting again... maybe I will start up again and use this as my motivation! I majored in Interior Design and worked in the field for a short time after college. Through that experience I realized that even though I have a great love for it I don't have enough passion to pursue a career in it. I am still trying to find something to do with my time.... right now I am just playing house and learning to cook, which has been an interesting and fun experience thus far! So i guess i'm going to use this blog to share my design ideas, art, recipes, and a glimpse into my everyday life....Hope you enjoy!
